The school has well-equipped music department with qualified Music teachers to train the students in both Indian and Western Music. Little wonder, then that Zenith’s School Band is the toast of Gujarat. Awarded the “The Best Band” in Gujarat state, the Band is regularly invited to play at important city and state events by the authorities.
Clubs such as : Eco Club, Nature Club, Science Club, Literary Club, NCC and Scout & Guides activities keep the students involved and aid in their character development.
The King of all activities at Zenith is Pancham. A 3-day exposition on science, Pancham is a mega inter-school science fair competition, held regularly to bring together the best of scientific minds under one roof. Pancham offers a unique window of opportunity for the students to showcase their talent and creativity. The event attract thousands of students from across the state and distinguished visitors each time it is held.
Zenith students participate actively in various social causes, collecting funds, providing support to various NGOs such as Cancer Aid Society, Helpage India, Blind Society of India. ![]()
TECHNO SAVVY CLASSES: Zenith school has become proactive in embracing technology with a commitment to expose our children to broad range of technology to support life long learning. We have the opportunity of partnership with the best external Agencies bringing revolution in education to provide the most effective conceptual learning experience to the students and teachers as well. All the classes from class V to XII are equipped with Inter-Active Boards, for audio visual learning. We are in collaboration with ‘Smart Class’ and ‘Bhartiya Vidya’ for enhancing teaching practice. The school has adopted the wired technology for all the teaching, administrative practice and intra-school communication. We conduct objective tests with the help of ‘Action Point’ software through remote sensing network in the classroom. We have ‘C-map’ tools for making teaching process easier for the teachers. With these external agencies, school has being able to provide the most effective conceptual learning experience to the students and teachers as well.
SPORTS: Zenithites are encouraged to play a variety of sports. The school has created infrastructure that allow students to play a wide variety of sports – from team games like basketball, volleyball, kho-kho, kabaddi to individual games like chess, from outdoor games like cricket to indoor games like table-tennis. While some of these sports are played at the inter-school level, other sports are played at the intra-school level. It is compulsory for all and introduces the children to a variety of games and activities in order to develop their fitness, physical skills, versatility and a sense of fair play. Qualified and competent instructors are appointed to take care of each game to train and supervise the students . MUSIC & DANCE: The School offers a broad spectrum of training and catering in Western as well as Classical music. It is mandatory for all the students of class V to IX to learn any one musical instrument of their choice. The music and dance room equipped with various musical instruments and dedicated teachers are striving to develop their students as nightingales and rocking stars.
COUNSELING: We do not consider low achievement as poor performance or disability; but a different ability to be identified, taken care of and nurtured differently. The school counseling cell “Atma-Prakash” at a regular basis monitors these. The stress and strain of the students of this era of globalization is sorted out with the help of teachers, professionals and experienced career counselors. For enhancing concentration and reducing stress the school has separate rooms for meditation and prayer.
While money can never repay a student’s debt to a teacher, Zenith rewards its teacher with a unique Thanksgiving. Every year teachers are felicitated and awards given for excellence in teaching. A gala-dinner with the teachers’ families and the Management helps strengthen the bonds between the teachers and the institution.
